応募方法 / How to Enter

• ホテル雅叙園東京公式Instagramアカウント「@hotelgajoentokyo」をフォロー。
• 「和のあかり×百段階段2022」の展示風景を撮影してください。
• 「#和のあかり2022」もしくは「#wanoakari2022」のハッシュタグを付けてInstagramに写真を投稿してください。
• キャンペーン終了後、当選者にはInstagramのダイレクトメッセージにてご連絡いたします。

• Follow Hotel Gajoen Tokyo’s official account (@hotelgajoentokyo).
• Take a photo of the Wanoakari × Hyakudan Kaidan 2022 exhibition.
• Post your photo(s) on Instagram with a hashtag reading #和のあかり2022 or #wanoakari 2022.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message at the end of the campaign.

当選発表 / Winner Notification

• 応募締め切り後、厳正な抽選の上、当選者を決定いたします。
• 当選された方には2022年10月中旬頃までに、ホテル雅叙園東京公式Instagramアカウントより、ダイレクトメッセージにてご連絡いたします。その際、当選後の流れをご説明いたしますので、当選発表までホテル雅叙園東京公式Instagramアカウントのフォローを外さないようにしてください。
• ホテルから当選された方へのご連絡後、返信期間内にご返信がない場合、当選は無効とさせていただきます。
• 当選された方への賞品発送（発送費用は当方にて負担）は、日本国内に限らせていただきます。また、当選されたご本人以外の方への賞品配送はできません。なお、賞品はお選びいただくことができませんのでご了承ください。

• At the end of the submission period, we will randomly select winners.
• Winners will receive a direct message on Instagram from Hotel Gajoen Tokyo’s official account in middle of October notifying them of their prize, along with further instructions. Be sure not to unfollow Hotel Gajoen Tokyo’s Instagram account until the announcement is made.
• If we do not receive a response from the winner within the designated period, the selection will be voided.
• Delivery is limited to Japan (postage paid). We cannot send the prize to anyone other than the winner. Also note that the prize cannot be selected.

• ホテル雅叙園東京のプライバシーポリシーおよび応募規約に同意していただいている方。
• 日本国内に在住で、郵便・宅配便の受取りが可能な方。

• By entering the contest, participants agree to the Rules & Regulations of this contest and Hotel Gajoen Tokyo’s Privacy Policy.
• Participants live in Japan and can receive mail and couriers.

応募規約 / Rules & Regulations

本キャンペーンに応募された方は、以下の応募規約およびホテル雅叙園東京のプライバシーポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。

• ご応募には、Instagramにご自身のアカウントが必要となります。※アカウントが非公開の方は応募対象外となりますのでご注意ください。
• 18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得た上でご参加ください。
• 海外にお住まいの方も投稿は可能ですが、賞品発送は日本国内のみとなります。
• 同一住所への賞品の発送は1点までとさせていただきます。
• お一人様何度でもご応募いただけますが、賞品の当選はお一人様1回限りとなります。
• 賞品の換金および権利の譲渡はできません。
• 株式会社目黒雅叙園を含むワタベウェディンググループの各社および関連会社の社員、関係者、そのご家族のご応募は無効となります。
• 当応募規約、ならびにInstagramが定める利用規約に反する行為があった場合、または反社会的勢力であると判明した場合、予告無しに応募・当選を無効とさせていただきます。
• 公序良俗に反する写真、事実と異なる写真、第三者の権利を侵害するおそれのあるもの、その他当社が不適切だと判断した投稿は、本キャンペーンの応募対象外といたします。なお、応募対象外となった理由については一切開示いたしません。
• 投稿いただいた内容は、当社のWebサイト、または当社が運営するSNSに掲載させていただくことにつきまして承諾されたものとみなします。
• 本キャンペーン応募のために投稿された記事や画像によって、被写体の肖像権侵害等があった場合、当社は一切責任を負いかねます。万一、第三者と紛争等が生じた場合、すべて応募者の責任といたします。
• 本キャンペーンにつきまして、当社の都合により予告なく一部または全部を変更・中止・終了する場合がございます。なお、変更・中止・終了により生じた損害につきまして当社は一切の責任を負いません。
• 本キャンペーンへのご参加は無料ですが、投稿時にかかる通信料や接続料は、応募者のご負担となります。
• 本キャンペーンはInstagramが後援、支持、運営、また一切関与するものではありません。

Participants agree to the following Rules & Regulations and the privacy policy of Hotel Gajoen Tokyo.

• Participants must have an Instagram account to apply. *Participants with private Instagram accounts are ineligible.
• Participants under the age of 18 years may apply with parental consent.
• Participants from overseas may post content, but prizes will only be sent to addresses within Japan.
• Only one prize can be sent per address.
• While the number of entries per person is not limited, only one prize can be awarded per person.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• Employees and relatives of employees at Watabe Wedding Group and its partner companies are not eligible to participate.
• If any behavior violates the Terms of Application and/or Instagram’s Terms of Use, or if it is deemed to relate to criminal activity, the submission and/or winning will be voided without notice.
• The following photos are ineligible for submission in this campaign: photos that violate public moral standards, photos that are untruthful, photos that violate the copyrights of a third party, any other photos that our company deems inappropriate. Reasons for ineligibility will not be disclosed.
• Participants consent to having their submitted content posted on our company’s website or social media accounts.
• Hotel Gajoen Tokyo is not responsible for the infringement of portrait rights related to images or articles posted in the course of this campaign. In the event of a dispute with a third party, all responsibility lies with the participant.
• Hotel Gajoen Tokyo may change, cancel or terminate all or part of this promotion without notice. In addition, the company does not take any responsibility for damage caused by change, suspension, or termination of the promotion.
• Participation in this campaign is free. However, phone and data charges incurred at the time of posting will be borne by the applicant.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, supported, operated or administered by Instagram.
